New Nikon D7000

The Nikon D7000 is Nikon's newest DSLR, aimed right between the D90 and the D300s crowd.Nikon D7000 just replaced both the D90 and D300s with superior performance. Is the D7000 superior to the D300s? I think so. Ignore the trivial stuff like counting AF points or FPS specifications; with the addition of the U1 and U2 modes on the top dial, as far as I'm concerned, the D7000 smokes the D300s for shooting utility. The D300s is just a D300, which is old 2007 technology.Nikon will still sell the D300s, probably for more money than the D7000, because it can, but I think the D300s has just met its match. From what I can see, the D7000 is now Nikon's top DX camera. It should outperform the old D300s, and weighs almost as little as the D90. Whats new : 1.U1 and U2 Fast Recall Modes 2. Two Card Slots 3. 2,016-Segment RGB Meter 4. 39 AF Points 5. Two types of Auto White Balance! 6. Tougher than the D90       For Detailed Specifications have a look at: ...

Use Nikon Lenses on Canon Cameras

Nikon G to Canon EOS Adapter. Weird but true, this crazy adapter lets you actuate the diaphragm of G lenses, like Nikon's latest extraordinary 14-24mm, for use on Canon. Used on the Canon 1Ds Mk III , you can get better images than you can from anythign from Nikon. Weird but true! STRANGE BUT TRUE!! You can get an adaptor to put Nikon lenses on Canon EOS film and digital cameras. Canon cameras have a shorter distance between the lens flange and film plane than Nikon. Therefore there are a couple of millimeters left over into which a metal mounting adaptor can fit. Novoflex makes one in Germany .Yes, some of it's in Japanese. Zoerk makes some weird stuff also in Germany. Look out: these things are so weird that the photos at some of the sites erroneously show the even more bizarre reverse adaptor for Canon which ...

Canon 60mm Macro Lens

Canon's 60mm Macro Lens details @ http://www.canon.co.in/p/EN/112-Digital-Cameras/830-EF-Lenses/1108-EF-S60mm-f-2-8-Macro-USM/ . I Think today there is no need to buy a specific Macro lens as other EF-S Lenses offers the same functionality.

Canon 60mm Macro Lens

Name: Canon Macro Lens EF-S 60mm f/2.8 USM.    EF: Electronic Focus. All modern Canon lenses do this.    -S: Only works on newer, small (1.6x factor) DSLRs, which are the 40D, 30D, 20D, 20Da (astronomical), Digital Rebel XTi, Digital Rebel XT and the original Canon Digital Rebel.    USM: Ultra-Sonic Motor: The focus motor operates silently. Focal Length: 60mm. On a 1.6x camera it gives an angle of view similar to what a 97mm lens would give on a 35mm film camera. See Crop Factor. Maximum Aperture: f/2.8 . Optics: 12 elements, 8 groups. Diaphragm: 7 blades. Stops down to f/32. The in-camera indication stays the same while focusing. It doesn't read the effective f/stop, which gets smaller as you focus more closely. Beware using external light meters unless you know the correction factors. Used with the camera's own metering there is no problem, since it reads through the lens and compensates accordingly. ...
